About Us

Lexington County Community Mental Health Center is dedicated to helping the residents of Lexington County by providing exceptional outpatient behavioral healthcare.  Our treatment services are individually tailored to the needs of each person and we offer a wide array of interventions that focus on recovery and prevention.

With a dedicated staff, LCCMHC focuses on innovative services to meet the growing needs of our community by providing treatment services in our schools, neighborhoods, and rural clinics.

Our center is one of 17 outpatient Community Mental Health Centers of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.  LCCMHC was established in 1981 at the request of Lexington County residents to meet the growing needs of this wonderful community.  Last year, LCCMHC served more than 5,000 children and adults across the community.
